How can you justify civilians marked as targets,
all because, after all, you got what you wanted,
Whipping up the rhetoric they've played you all for fools,
So now you're out burning cars like Stormont's box of tools,

Overwhelmed by sense of duty, manipulated by your elders,
Sitting on the powder keg, ignition from the smallest embers,

There is no reason why society should suffer,
There is no logic in communities of terror,
There is no reason for violence as culture,
There is no logic in destroying your own future,

You write your signs on every wall from port to city centre,
Yet all they show is abandon hope all of ye who enter,
There has been little effect on our domestic market,
So how can you justify civilians marked as targets?

All they want these terrorists is for lives to be destroyed,
